The room was very clean and comfortable. There were only two things that were slightly annoying. The shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty on arrival. The second was the online ammenities and information was either incorrect or out of date. The WhatsApp number to contact reception was not manned so my messages were left on read, also the restaurant opening times were different to what was advertised. Slightly annoying when the website/poster in the elevator says it closes at 2200 and the bartender says it actually closed at 1900. But overall staff was very friendly and helpful in person and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Well located and great view

The price was very good for the prime central location. Staff was friendly and check-in/out was easy. I did not expect such a nice view! The only problem was the room was very warm. It is true it was unseasonably warm outside, but the air conditioning/fan did not seem to work, and as the window only opened a small amount the room remained quite hot.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar area was relaxed with good food service. Plenty of hot water, rooms clean and well maintained.
