It was a very pleasant stay, it’s my second time at this hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially how early it is provided and everything tasted great. The room was nice too, though I wish the bathroom would have been a little larger, but it was alright.

The atmosphere was very welcoming. There is only one issue that was the wifi service. That's not good but apart from that, I and my partner enjoyed our stay and we hope to visit again.

The experience was not so good. First there was hair in the pillow. Secondly, they did not told me that the breakfast was not included in the reservation. I had a comfortable room and received good service, but there were a few things that could have been better. The staff could have prioritized customers over other tasks by having experienced workers initiate helpfullness toward inexpierienced workers. I had to wait for quite a while during my check in, because no one tried helping a newcomer at the desk, althoung she looked like she needed help. The staff should also listen to customers better, as not to create misunderstandings. I almost had to pay 24 euros for breakfast, although I only wanted it for one morning. I'm glad it got worked out smoothly though. :)

Needed a hotel for a business visit (across the street) and booked again the same hotel as before. Why, because parking is easy, bed is very good, also for tall people, and I like the breakfast. The room is very basic, but for sleeping it is great. Isolation makes that you do not hear the airplanes.

The ceiling or side walls are a bit thin, so every step of the neighbours can be heard (crunchy noise).

I've stayed for one night in the hotel and I'm very satisfied. Helpful staff, clean room and possibility of a late check-out. Fridge was not provided in my room. Left with a positive experience will visit again. The only negative I would comment is the breakfast price which could be offered discounted especially for frequent visitors.

I was greeted by a very helpful female staff at the reception who actually allowed me an early check-in as I arrived from the airport all tired at 11am. The room was very clean and comfortable as well. In the evening, I had a chance to check out the menu selection at the cafe and both the staff at the front desk and cafe were so patient in explaining the menu. I had the easiest check-out too. I was even offered help to get a cab to the airport at 6am by the front desk. Overall, I had a lovely experience. I was here only for one night as a stopover to my flight back to Kuala Lumpur. It is so close to the airport too.

Compared to previous stays at Ibis hotels, this one left me disappointed. My main complaint was the lack of room cleaning. I had left the "please clean room" sign on the door from 0830 in the morning until 1800 in the evening, in spite of this the room was not cleaned. When I complained at the reception, I was told the cleaners had gone home and all they could offer me were towels. Other small details require attention that create an impression of a gradual decline in standards such as one of the elevator floor displays constantly stuck on level 3.
