The room was very quiet and clean. Staff was generally responsive and helpful. We just missed the usual amenities like coffee in the room, etc. Not sure whether this was due to the covid regulations.

I received great support for all our needs. A T. of five travelling from the UK under the current circumstances and the guidance was great. Particularly from a young man Alex, I think was his name. A very kind and charismatic person, which identifies a good leader. The truly nature of a hotel manager.

Bad lighting in the room

The room had only very bright lights and the door to the bathroom opened so, that the whole room was lit when someone went to the bathroom during the night, so the other person woke up.

Locks on doors were broken (both rooms we had booked). A random guest got the key for my room by mistake and came in in the middle of the night; thing that could have been avoided if the locks were functioning. The staff was very friendly and apologised for the inconvenience, but told they could not do anything about the lock for the moment. So for the 2 following nights I slept or left the room with a great feeling of discomfort and insecurity. Moreover, the internet connection was a disaster.

The staff were friendly and cooperative. This is a quietly efficient and clean hotel. It is very good value for money. Especially useful is that tram 17 leaves from just outside the Hotel. This takes you to the Messe Fair Grounds and the Hauptbahnof Central Rail Station.

Check in was top, bedroom comfort was top. Only issue, the restaurant ......service was quite long even though I understand the lady was alone and that it was a busy evening. Also there was little flies in the restaurant and looks like they like my beer. I think a restaurant should always managed to get ride of these little flies....Quite annoying to fight with them to avoid they get into your beer.

Hotel was typical Ibis - but that's why we stay when we want good value, clean comfortable rooms and a decent night's sleep. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Parking is a bit pricey at 12 Euro per night.

Clean and easy hotel, conveniently located right next to the terminal station of the Tram. Very quiet and very convenient. 10min from the main street train station by Tram where nice and trendy restaurants are located. Frankfurt is a small city, so walking around from main street gets you everywhere, even the old historic city.

The hotel is close to the fair and next to the tramway, so comfortable for the fair exhibition. Two floors are renovate and room are better. But still small room with a camping bathroom all in plastic and smelling. Room are clean but if you get a smoking room is terrible ! breakfast is ok, dinner is TERRIBLE, no choice and all already cooked, service is terrible, slow and not professional!

good venue and nice modern hotel well located near the trams and quick to get to the Messe and easy access to City Centre. Hotel was standard Ibis fayre but pleasant reception staff. Car park was 12 euro's a day but we weren't told this on arrival ...sadly

in spite I checked in late on 19 April I requested to check out around 2 pm on 20 April but the response was negative ( The Hotel is full.....Sorry). My room was in first floor which I did not like and the heating was not functioning properly especially in the bath room ....

on sunday accord does not make up rooms that are checked out and this is decided in Paris although they search investers to invest in buying chairs in rooms. on friday saturday and sunday no water in shower on the sixt floor at that time there is no responsible available only staff.
