The worst beds in the world!

Positives - Location. Big sized rooms. Affordable breakfast (£6 for a continental- with a decent selection) Negatives - Check in process. What a huge queue was accumulated. Maria was working very very hard while her colleague (a male whom I can only presume is a supervisor) was chatting casually with contractors. I even once went to reception when it was unmanned and he was just in the back office on his phone. Please do better. Also, Kristina from Moldova was amazing! Air conditioning. Ok, the rooms don’t have air con and it would be very expensive to put them in every room. There was a fan, which was super important and appreciated. But keep this in mind when you visit. This place is an inferno. Beds - possibly the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. There are no mattresses, but a 5 inch foam futon. Absolutely abhorrent. Also, the pillows are like rocks. I asked reception and they said this was standard in the rooms. I think I was short changed, this can’t be the same in every room.

Too loud at night staff incompetent

Both rooms were very hot despite the additional fans provided. The second room the window couldn't be opened. I suggest an air conditioning should be available or installed in the rooms for times like this.
