A couple of issues on our two night stay. We have stayed here quite a few times over the years and it normally is smooth. Upon arrival we made a coffee & tea (just standard in the room for both). We decided we'd have room service as a late meal after returning from the O2. Getting hold of room service was a bit of a palaver but when we finally did, the only option from menu was pizza. About 20 minutes after ordering they called the room and apologised stating there was no cheese in the hotel. By this time it was gone midnight so we chose not to eat. The next morning, woke up and went to make coffee and tea and noticed that room service had stocked it with herbal, decafs etc, meaning upon arrival it was not stocked correctly. Looked in the fridge to add the milk and they hadn't restocked any. Hints: Don't rely on room service- eat before returning to the hotel. Check for milk, tea, coffee before bed if you like to wake up and have a cuppa.

Great location, one train from airport and near Excel London. Bonnane around the corner has great food. Not a lot of choices for other food choices around the hotel though. Room is decent sized, neat. Bathroom is a bit pld and has molds :( this is the only conplain that I have. If I’d stay longer I would have asked for another room.

The hotel is easy to find and travel to. It is close to the train stations and Excel Exhibition Centre! Very lovely hotel with very nice and polite staff. They were very helpful and useful. The rooms were very clean and tidy and smelt very fresh. Would 100% recommend. 10/10
