Comfortable bed, nice spacious family room. Generally quiet. BUT... 7th room under the fitness area = boom of someone on a treadmill until 10pm, starting again at 6am. Sort out your acoustic flooring please... No information about breakfast, indeed very little information about anything in the room and hard to find on the website... So we opted to skip breakfast as it wasn't included in our rate. Good to have a nice late 12noon check out though! Fitness suite is odd. Lockers and a single shower... But the shower is open to the locker area so no privacy, no bench... So how they expect you to change in there?! V odd. Thankfully it was empty when I went. Also the steam room wasn't working, and there was no sign or warning at reception about this. You have to call reception for a bath/shower mat! Weird electric obscuring glass between shower and bed. Your can still clearly see someone's silhouette so if you were hoping for privacy you wouldn't get it! Second bed in a family room made up as a double...odd decision. We called and asked for it to be made into two singles. After an age they brought some extra bedding, but didn't offer to split the beds and remake it.

Excellent. Great location on the water, with fresh air and no major road nearby, so very quiet. Bed comfy, room spacious, excellent cleanliness. I like all Novotels for their good standard, but this one is particularly lovely - only 15 mins from Tottenham Court Road on the Elizabeth line, and the waterside location is so special. This was my third visit, and I'll be back.

The hotel is really nice and get an upgrade which was a bonus. All the staff were very friendly and nice, I even had a conversation with one of them at breakfast. Would have been a 10 our of 10 but marked down as think £25 for parking for less than 24 hours at the hotel I am staying at is excessive. I know London is expensive but when I am paying to stay with you I would have expected a cheaper rate than that I have stayed in other hotels near which charge much less.

Awful stay- still waiting for a call back

Had to move rooms as the toilet kept refilling so awful nights sleep, night 1. I asked for a refund for night 1 and I am still waiting!! Second room needed and clean in the bathroom. Overall very very poor
