The staff were super friendly and attentive, when my mum mentioned it was my birthday at breakfast the staff brought me a free desert with a candle and sang happy birthday to me. Fouziha checked us in and out and was very helpful with all our questions and needs. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a positive experience. The location was the perfect distance to a cute pub where we had dinner and the friends experience which we were visiting the next day. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice so good for picky eaters and it was all hot and tasty. The room was warm and cozy and we were able to watch telly and wind down also. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were only 2 actual plug sockets in the room and not near the bed, there were usb connections coming out of the wall where you’d expect a plug socket but they weren’t usb-c which I needed to charge my phone without the plug socket had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. Otherwise it was an absolutely smashing stay and I’m so glad I booked this for my birthday weekend. We Definitely recommend this hotel, we will be visiting again. Thankyou all the staff for such a wonderful visit :)

Starting with the cons, we are a family of 4, two kids 4 & 8, had a suite for the weekend. The shower head was calcified and unsightly, the mattress sheet was too small so whilst sleeping it would come away and you'll be sleep direct on the mattress (urgh), we did report this bit seems the room was made following day, no change. The breakfast was meh, some of the cold food seems to be days old, and pancakes, cepes were left out under the heat lamp, so not fresh, and we're cold, tough, and disgusting. The pros: The location from custom house (tube station) was excellent, 3 minutes. The suite had a lovely view of the river, and the staff were 'okay'. Would we stay again, probably yes as overall the room was excellent, and it's location was good for the tube, but far from the hussle of London City. I hope they improve on the breakfast, and purchase the right size bed sheets.

Fantastic hotel. Great location on the Elizabeth line. Thank you to Musharaf on the front desk who was brilliant in helping us. We stayed in a suite for the 4 of us and the room was superb. Nothing more I would like to really say, thank you for a lovely stay.

Our stay was great. We had a lovely dinner in the evening, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was top notch. Thank you very much to the staff that made us feel so welcome, especially Klea who was very friendly and helpful.

Had a great night, Klea was absolutely excellent. She was really easy to talk to and was really polite and funny. Would come back just for her. The bar was clean, the bedroom was clean and roomy. Very close to everything we needed. But big applause to Klea.
