We were asked to pay for parking although web site shows a car park as one of the facilities, hot water wasn't stable in room 740, it was either too hot or too cold. The room and whole building were very hot.

Excellent hotel which is in a great location. We stayed for one night whilst attending a concert at the 02. Area felt safe, car parking available, used Emirates cable car to and from the arena and quiet location for a good night's sleep. Stayed in the Ibis but accessed via the Novotel. Unsure how safe it was having fire doors propped open between the hotels but didn't think about this until we left. Bathroom was clean and adequate but felt like a portaloo as it isn't a room but more of a pod which was weird.

Stayed overnight recently with the trip being part of a special occasion. The Ibis team made the trip perfect, adding special touches after I had made a request. Hotel room was perfect and the bed was sooooo comfortable

Breakfast was cold with people leaning all over you to get to what they wanted. Was also walked in on by house keeping way before checkout time when I was trying to sleep. Won’t be returning.

Staff very helpful and polite but considering the current situation cleaning of room before hand not very good ,old hair clips on floor and coffee mark rings on bedside table

The bedroom carpet looked dirty. There were no drinks available when the bar closed which it was when we returned and never any clean glasses by the water. Went outside to collect delivery of food the rotating doors were closed, the security man had disappeared and 2 guests inside had to open the fire door the one I came out of for me to get back in. If they hadn’t of been there I would have been stuck outside with food alone with a number of other guests also awaiting delivery. No phone in room told to text - no response to text received. This is not the service I would expect.

The hotel is an excellent location for the excel centre. Shame the ibis you have to go up on one area, walk across and then up again, but understand why this is happening Breakfast in the Novotel was lovely, just a shame they could not keep things stocked and waited a long time for food to replenished The room itself was fine, the beds v v hard, the shower was a dribble and also varied it’s temperature, started normal then went boiling hot, then normal, then hot and the dribble! Awful!

I booked a twin room, but there was a double bed. The shower was dangerous - either freezing cold or boiling hot. I reported these matters to reception staff who did nothing.

We had a lovely time, room was nice and reception staff were so helpful and cheerful! We found some bar staff to be rude but didn’t let this ruin the stay and the breakfast was very tasty!!

We needed a cheap, comfortable hotel room for one night and that is what we got. We stayed at the Ibis Docklands hotel. Check in was via the Novotel entrance which is a little peculiar but once in the foyer Ibis guest services were easily located. The room looked recently renovated and contained all the usual things you'd expect in a hotel room. We simply used this hotel as a place to sleep so cannot comment on any of the other amenities available.

Difficult to find unless you know your way round London or find a taxi (not recommended as these are too expensive). The rooms are very small. Almost like a small caravan. The shower cubicle is more like a telephone box. Could not get any bath gel out of a dispenser. Asked to replace it and all they seemed to have done is replace it the one by the sink as this was not dispensing the next day but the shower gel was. Not good value for the money they charge. I suppose they are getting away with it because of the location where the hotel is. Only good thing is that the breakfast was delicious.

However, Accor has many other brands that may suit your needs better. I have used the hotel before because it is convenient for the O2 Arena. THe rooms are clean and comfortable. The bedroom meets all my needs and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast was hearty and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful

Great staff and the rooms are really comfy and a great location but for the second times its let down by the food, restaurant was slammed, fine, placed my order and it came surprisingly quick.. for a reason.. the main dish was under cooked and the side was not what i asked for but the waitress did not wait just slide the plate to me and left. No cutlery or anything.

The bedroom and bathroom were fine except I found the bed very hard. The dinners were basic. The price was high as Comic Con was on at Excel. Service from some staff was OK, others could improve their people skills.
