Hotel Novotel Berlin Am Tiergarten 4 gwiazdki

This hotel is just one station away from Zoologischer Garten and offers nice rooms with a newly upgraded gym section. The staff is friendly and the hotel is mostly clean. Breakfast is over priced and having stayed at the hotel several times before i real disappointment. No chef making omelettes anymore at the counter, open cereal bowls where kids puts their hands, no bottled mineral water and a lack of full grained bread. All this was offered in the breakfast room before. So, my advise is, take the S-bahn to Zoo and eat breakfast there.

Hotel przestronny, bardzo przestronne pokoje, duży plus oddzielenie łazienki od ubikacji i obecność wanny oraz prysznica, minus: mocno przeciekający prysznic, zalana była cała łazienka, brak mydła pod prysznicem i brak przenośnego mydła. Rewelacyjna kuchnia, zjadłam przepyszną trzydaniową kolację

Pokój był dobrze przygotowany na nasz pobyt jednak zaskoczył mnie brak darmowej wody w pokoju. W dniu wyjazdu naszą rodzinę obudziła pani sprzątająca która po zapukaniu od razu weszła do pokoju po około 45 minutach sytuacja się powtórzyła... czyżby sprawdzanie mini barku było ważniejsze od spokoju i prywatności gości?

Booked this hotel as an Accor member but also based on reviews. Appeared a little isolated upon arrival but is only a 10 minute walk through the Tiergarten to all the amenities at Charlottenburg (Zoological Gardens is the next stop on the numerous S Bahns that pass through). Similarly easily connected to the main station (2 stops beforehand) and depending which line you take, to various other stations where you can connect with the U Bahn (U2 is at Zoological Gardens and connects to many things around Berlin). So not as isolated as first impression would suggest. In fact, turn left out the hotel and a good walk (30 mins) finds you at the Brandenburg Gates. In terms of the facilities, room was extremely well appointed: very comfortable bed, crisp linen, big European pillows, tv had a facility to switch dubbed shows back into English (only did it once but assume it works on other programs). Liked the bathroom and toilet being separate. Had a meal in the restaurant. Staff were extremely attentive and price not too bad for a hotel. Reception staff were equally attentive upon arrival and whenever queries about hotel or any other services nearby. Early start next morning and there was free coffee available and a tv where you could check news, weather and flight departures and arrivals (including gate numbers). Clearly aimed at the business customer. That said, location near to Tiergarten and train line wins over need to have cafes and shops on doorstep. Perhaps not suitable for families but great for couples or solo travellers.

Excellent situation, friendly welcome, comfortable and spacious rooms, and a first-rate breakfast. Having stayed in Novotels in various countries, I can't help feeling that French Novotels could learn a lesson from their European counterparts.

We have stayed in Novotel before but not this one,it was everything we expected.Our room was perfect for our family needs.Ideal location right next to the train station,also it's about 10 mins walk through the park to the Zoological garten.10 mins walk to the Victory column.Will definately use Novotel again in the future.

Nowhere near the great service i have experienced in other Novotel hotels around the world. Cold welcome upon arrival, cleanliness not so great, room was very small. Toilet and bathroom in 2 seperate rooms

good location, clean and nice room, excelent breakfast we staied for 3 nights and it was good,staff is nice and helping close to metro station,good wifi, clean, easy to get to airport and to go to berlins atractions

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Rooms were very quiet despite being very close to the S-Bahn station Tiergarten. This was our second stay at the same hotel and we would be happy to stay there again.

Modern hotel with good sized rooms and good air conditioning. Loved the steam room, sauna and roof top terrace. Hotel is situated across from train station and near center of Berlin. It was very easy to get around. There aren’t many places to eat nearby, but there is a place for breakfast sandwiches and pastries across the street and a Burger King. One negative point is that restaurant at the hotel is very overpriced for breakfast. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

Ogólnie pobyt udany, jednak jest kilka uwag, brak gotowego pokoju pomimo dopłaty do wczesnego zameldowania, kłopoty z płatnością gotówka kazali mi 2 razy zapłacić za hotel pomimo płatności w dniu przyjazdu.

Hotel doskonale położony niedaleko Hauptbahnhof i Zoologischer Bahnhof i Ku'damm, przy Trödelmarkt. Wygodne przestronne pokoje, komfortowe łóżka i pościel, doskonały prysznic i łazienka, przytulnie, komfortowo, przyjemnie. Fantastyczne widoki z tarasu na okolice Breitscheidplatz. Dużo lepsze niż poprzednio śniadania, sporo ciepłych potraw. Miła dyskretna obsługa. Czysto i miło. To już nasz kolejny pobyt, chyba dziewiąty, w ostatnich latach, zazwyczaj tutaj nocujemy podczas wizyt w Berlinie, ponieważ nie znamy lepszego miejsca na nocleg, które spełniałoby nasze oczekiwania, a nocowaliśmy już i w hotelach sieci Ibis i nawet w Kempinski Bristol. Mamy nadzieję tutaj ponownie wrócić w przyszłości.

Bardzo dobry hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Blisko centrum Berlina, parku, ogrodu zooligcznego stacji s-bahn. Bardzo dobra, różnorodna kuchnia.
