My wife and I spent a week here. It’s very well located, next to the Tiergarten train station and to TU Berlin. We booked the executive room because it comes with a mini bar and a Nespresso machine (but not the Aeropress). If there were some drawers to unpack clothes into, it would be a 10. Staff were very helpful. Another improvement would be to add a smooth path to the front entrance so that we don’t have to drag our wheeled luggage over the cobbles!

Always have good expectations and standards of the Novotel brand. Overall it was a really nice stay. My room was spacious and really light. Only thing that was a missed opportunity was that I wasn’t told that the minibar and snacks were included in my room - There was no information about it in my room either, when I went I went to pay for something I consumed at check out I was told then. Would have been nice to be able enjoy the refreshments.

I had written in advance about my arrival time but still wasn't kept ready. I was on my honeymoon and I was given twin beds. The service was also extremely slow. Not the kind of standards I expected from Novotel.

I just saw this information in the notes on one of the many canceled rooms. Please excuse the lack of communication during check-in. My colleagues could have asked about personal wishes. No conditioner in the shower. Closing times were not accurate (food sold etc was earlier than what the elevator and signs posted indicated). Otherwise, the room was clean and we were placed in a nice location.
