Overall an excellent place to be: - well trained and friendly staff - F&B: fantastic breakfast with home made bread ( better than at home), at bar / restaurant Scarlett: variety and selection of wines to be mentioned (you may find wines you would not expect ), beef/ fish / and cheese selection top in class, great service, all managed by a passionate and very professional young French Restaurant Manager - you may notice that Hotel G is run very professionally with high standards in all areas, this as well makes the difference

Amazing hotel in the heart of Bangkok, the views from the room were incredible and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok. The highlight was a trip to the G Spa for a couples massage…big Thankyou to Pim and Pat (especially Pim, she made us laugh, and I promise to be more flexible next time!)

A great base to explore the city

This was a good base for our first trip to Bangkok. Conveniently places near a sky train station and not far from the river and the area where all historic buildings are. The room was spacious. The room was clean. The room was on 31st floor but the lifts were efficient. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety, reflecting the multi cultural clientele. The staff were very helpful.

Rude and irresposible staff at reception

The staff at hotel is irresponsible and liars. I booked for 5nights but i asked them to change after 3nights coz the bathroom had a stinking smell. But they didn’t change my room. On top of that they didn’t cleaned my room that day . When i came back at night asked them the reason, they lied to me on my face that I put my room on DND. The night manager Mr pan and his staff at night one girl and one guy at reception all were rude to me and didn’t cared that im complaining about my room. I had to go out at night at 2am while my room was getting cleaned. And the staff at reception was laughing and chatting to each other. All three of them should be fired from this hotel@pullman @accor these guys are destroying the hotel name.

WE have travelled the World for the last 40 years and the Pullman G is one of our favourites. Yes a Touristy Hotel BUT fabulous service/great buffet breakfast/super clean rooms/fab view /Super Swimming pool/afternoon tea a delight and the drinks and fun at the Bar in the evening was full full of life and we met some lovely lovely people and staff !!1...One word say it all.........MAGIC !! We will definitely return and pass on our very BEST remarks to all our friends as well. A GIANT thank you and cheers to everyone at Pullman G...............Amazing Hotel and tons of fun fun.
