Located on busy road but bedrooms very well insulated from outside noise and other guests. Big room, well furnished with large, very comfy bed and nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast including good fruit selection. Small but nice pool area. Hotel bar quite pricey but Buddy's bar on the corner does snacks and beer

DEFITINIVELY NOT A 5 STAR We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights / 4 stay stay from the 3rd of March 2023 to the 6th of March 2023. We arrived at 2 pm and were told that the rooms were not ready and that it would take another hour. We were given 1 room at 3 pm and after repeatedly requesting ( One has to go down to request as the reception does not believing in picking up calls ) The second room was given the same at 4.30pm. We had a problem from the very start with the key card not working, whenever I wanted to enter my room, I had to try multiple times and after which, I got my card key replaced a few times with the same problem. The rooms are very badly lit and would definitely need more lightings. On the day of arrival we noticed there were blood stains on our bedsheet and the same was changed by the house keeping staff. We had a problem with the house keeping staff as well as the used glasses, plates, ice bucket etc were not cleared on a daily basis and we had to take them out ourselves and keep them outside our room to be cleared some time during the day.. Bathroom amenity like soap lotion and shampoo are not refilled everyday. The wet towels even though they were thrown under the bathroom sink were also not cleared and replaced until we called and requested them to do it We had to wait for at least 25 minutes every morning for breakfast as they had insufficient seating at the 2nd floor restaurant. All in All it was an Disappointed stay at the Pullman G

Nice location, 5 minutes from BTS Chong Nonsi, and 7 minutes to Sala Daeng. Clean and comfortable room, bed was nice, but would prefer a bigger pillow. Breakfast on the second floor offered a good selection and being a Platinum member I got to use the lounge, one of the best I have been to in Bangkok, great selection of foods and drinks. The staff in the lounge were very friendly and helpful, a big thank you to them The Scarlett Wine Bar, on the rooftop offers a great selection of wines, a good menu and lovely views. Good value for money and I will definitely visit again.

Great bed, clean rooms, Good service. 24 hour restaurant good but could use a larger menu. Skytrain three blocks away to take to the super mall. Tunnel fleamarket 10 minutes away. Pool very relaxing.

Location the hotel is situate in downtown just 5 minute walk to BTS SkyTrain and just 15 min walk to silom shopping area. 7-11 convenience store it just opposite the hotel (2 minutes walk) Room is tidy and clean . they have a universal socket for your devices. hotel have two sides of view. first , Mahanakorn iconic tower view. another side is city view and chaophraya river If you are accor platinum member you are so received benefit of afternoon tea and cocktail hour . There are variety of food range from Thai food to Western food.and also having delicious cocktail and good thai beer and wine Service from lounge team is the best when we stay at this hotel. During checkin  Va, Pang, and Gang made fast and smooth checkin process, during afternoon tea, cocktail hour ,and breakfast ..Troy ,Krich and Herry always take care of us. We really appreciated their services. The prices is resonable for 5-star. IF you want to stay in SILOM Road AREA , this hotel is recommended.
