Good

Convenient for the motorway. Comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff and good value.

We arrived at midnught French time with another customer parked across the entrance. I waited at the check in for 10-15mins before I was able to check in with the only acknowledgement that the customer moved. Arriving at the room, the window was open so the room was cold. The tv protruded into the room and difficult to move around. Then the bed linen smelt of smoke!! The breakfast was good. The morning staff member was defensive when I said that the room was cold and smelly.

The receptionist, Matthieu, dealt with our request to change our room from a twin to a double not just professionally but with genuine friendliness, speaking French to my wife (who speaks good French) and flawless English to me (because my French is limited). Our room had already been given a makeover and was much nicer than a similar room I had last year. His recommendation of where to eat was also spot-on and we got the discount he mentioned we would get if we presented out ibis receipt. All in all as good an overnight stop as we could expect and I have no doubt we'll be back again next year.

The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The refurbished rooms have a very nice design (and full on bathroom!). And if travelling with a toddler, there is a soft play centre right opposite the hotel, which is great to help them enjoy the journey

We regularly stay at this hotel on our way to visit our Daughter in the Haute Savoie. It is an ideal overnight stopover from the Channel Ports. Everything was very good, but we were disappointed that only two dogs are permitted. We've had to dogs for a long time & usually bring them with us. But we've recently added a new puppy to our family making 3 dogs in all. It would be nice if we could still use this hotel with all 3 of our dogs.

Thus hotel offers good value, rooms clean and comfortable and a lovely shower. Also being able to have hot water in the reception to make a cup of tea is great Also when we arrived in Saturday the lady on reception was extremely pleasant and helped us with a choice of restaurant, the young man was also very good.

Good clean recently refurbished room

Great concept in terms of location , accessibility and the overall comfort of the hotel. As we were travelling across France by motorbike we found this concept extremely clever as it's easily accessible , has an on-site parking which can be overseen from the room, the rooms are comfortable , just what you need when you have spent 5+ hours on the read. The hotel is well looked after with contemporary interior touches, overall exceeded our expectations for a road-side location. Great The staff were very welcoming and also helped to book our next hotel for our onward travels

Well-run hotel, carpark secure at night and staff on duty. Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent. Has recently had an upgrade, so all new. Within walking distance are several quite acceptable restaurants and they all offer discounts to Ibis Budget clients.

A friendly welcome, comfortable bed and really nice bathroom. No traffic noise. Clean.

We have stayed here several times while driving to a ski resort. The location just off the motorway and availability of stores and eating places is great on the route. What sets this hotel apart for us is the staff who are always so helpful and accommodating. They put on a good breakfast as well and we get on our way very easily.
