Following a very tiring overnight trip to Bartislava, I have been kindly allowed to check-in early as soon as rooms became available. This is a big plus to the hotel. Location, super! Could not think of any better location than this.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. Only bath towels are provided not hand towels. There is a combined shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom. The heat in the hotel was quite unbearable. From walking in the lobby to the hallway and the room. The AC isn’t on at this time of year so relied on having the window open to try and cool the room down. Our room was on the same side as the tram line so it was incredibly loud every time a tram went past. They stopped around 11pm and started again at 4.30am. So had a terrible sleep. Online it said checkout was 1pm but it was actually 12pm. Sockets aren’t in the best place in the room and not many of them. Location is decent, not too far a walk from the centre.

for two persons in the room, there were only 2 towels - it should be foour - for the face and for the body. breakfast was basic.
