Have stayed at the hotel several times in the last few months for work. Location is fantastic close to the MTR and Star Ferry with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. I had some complications with checking in and also some deliveries to the hotel, however a big thank you to Paul Chan on concierge who was very helpful to get everything sorted and provide tips during the entirety of each stay. Many other guests who were on the same business trip also commended Paul for his professionalism and dedication to ensure guests were having a good experience.

I stayed laat week during typhoon, the staff is very nice and helpful, especially particular staff named paul chan.really make my stay enjoyable. Really helpful during my stay,give directions where i want to go,and really helpful during curfew while typhoon.will definitely stay again

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just minutes from the MTR Exhibition Centre, Wan Chai, and conveniently close to a bus stop (A11) for easy access to the airport and other buses to various parts of the city. The tram station is also nearby. There’s a wide range of dining options around, from Michelin-starred restaurants to fast food, and a 7-Eleven right across the street, along with a supermarket close by. The room was normal and a great size for Hong Kong—clean, neat, and well-equipped with all the essentials. A special thank you to Paul, who provided us with invaluable local knowledge and made us feel welcome with his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His communication skills were top-notch. he and his team made sure we felt secure and at ease despite the weather conditions outside, which was very reassuring. Especially during typhoon season. Breakfast was decent but could use some improvement in both the food quality and service. While the team was prompt in clearing plates, it would be better if they checked if guests were returning to their table before clearing it. Lastly, I would like to thank Tiffany for sending a lovely cake for my mum's birthday during our stay with them with a handwritten note wishing her a happy birthday. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable accommodations, with room for some improvement in breakfast service. I will still give a 5-star review for this.!
