Our classic room was pretty spacious for a Paris hotel, though the shower/sink room was tiny. The bathroom fan didn't work well, so shower steam took a long time to clear. The toilet room was a good size, but it was around the corner from the shower/sink room -- we found this a bit weird, but got used to it. The bed was very comfortable, but we wished there had been more than 1 power outlet next to the bed. We didn't have any problems with noise. Our room had a view of the upper half of the Eiffel Tower, which was nice! Despite being a high rise hotel, we never had to wait more than a minute or two for an elevator. Hotel location was also good -- it's pretty close to a few Metro and RER stations, as well as local buses.

First the positives Well located for all the major Paris attractions. Has a pool and gym. Roomed clean and free wifi. Negatives It is a large hotel which can’t cope with large numbers of clients all in one go. Queuing for a long time for reception was standard as was waiting for the lifts. I was unimpressed with the front of house staff. One or two enthusiastic individuals stood out but overall staff came across as indifferent. Not much effort put into solving problems for you such as retrieving my booking which they couldn’t find. Overall opinion. It’s basically a standard large corporate beast. Sometimes this brings with it a style/ brand that differentiates it from other global chains. Here it was bog standard rooms, bog standard breakfast and big standard service. In order to be objective, I recognise that this experience was seen through the eyes of someone on business. If on vacation, the things you judge your stay on may differ. I wanted a hassle free visit, easy check in and breakfast which set you up for the day rather than wound up that you had to queue ages to get coffee. I slept well, so at least 8 hours of my experience were good.

Great hotel near to Eiffel Tower

We stayed here with our family and it was really a comfortable stay. Biggest attraction was having Eiffel tower just outside the building premises. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful and there are many shops/ restaurants nearby this hotel. Few cons that I felt was there were that bathrooms were really small and the check-in queues were huge.

The best thing about this hotel is the amazing staff! From the moment we arrived (8 hours late and after 1am) we could not fault each interaction with a hotel staff member. The night desk manager was lovely and we wish we got her name!! The rooms are quite small but we were out a lot. VIP breakfast was great as was the bar at night. Would definitely visit again based on the staff alone.
