We understand that your stay on the front side of the hotel was less peaceful than expected. Our hotel aims to provide a tranquil environment, and we regret if the vibrancy of the area disturbed your comfort. For future visits, we would be more than happy to allocate a room that is located in a quieter area of the hotel, ensuring you have a restful experience. We hope you managed to take advantage of our proximity to local landmarks, and the natural beauty of Park of the Boverie and Le Ninglinspo, which are perfect for relaxation after an intense day of training. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It is always a joy to know that our guests have had a fulfilling stay at our hotel. We are delighted that you found our night staff accommodating and that their courteous nature contributed positively to your stay. Your comfort is our priority, and we are pleased that you were able to rest well. However, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the placement of electrical outlets. While our rooms are designed with guest convenience in mind, we understand that the location of outlets can be important. We offer power strips at the reception to help with additional power needs.
