I have been waiting in reception to check in for more than an hour but there are no workers and no phone number to call . I am getting a little frustrated here, I have never known this happen in another hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel I have been to. There wasn't any air conditioning at all, even if it hasn't been that hot, with all the noise from the road outside it's impossible to sleep without closing the windows. Even then, you can still hear the construction noise. The bathtub and sink were both clotted. Breakfast was very basic. Hotel staff could at least turn off their phone call while checking us in Overall, please find another hotel as this one will ruin your vacation. I honestly thought Ibis hotels maintained a certain level of service but that's certainly not true anymore. Room service was great but that's not enough to make up for this atrocious hotel.

Not recommend even if it is free. Its a secluded place with no amenities and dirty shabby, almost no option in breakfast kind of

Nothing at all. It was my worst stay experience in my entire life till date. Awfull location near factories as there construction going around near hotel so no proper bus stop near by. It's gonna be a night mare. Dirty shabby hotel. Awfull breakfast. No option at all. Not even eggs. Poorest in all way. And to make it more worse horrible rude staff. Specially the lady staff in the Reception is very Awfull & rude. I wonder how she secured this Job. Ibis shattered my believe on Ibis.

We booked a room in May for November 2019. Since then we wrote thousands of emails and made hundreds of calls, non of them got replies. I don't know how can a hotel work that you can not connact with if you have questions or problems......On the train we received an email that our accommodation got cancelled (because of booking, so it's not the hotels fault!) BUT when we arrived there the receptionist was really rude and unpolite. We finally had our room (we could get a new one for extra fees). In the next 2 days the receptionist (who was probably the hotel manager) couldn't even say 'hi' to us. Rooms were a little dirty. And you can get actual french breakfast in the downtown for the same amount of money.

The receptionist was answering in a very rude manner to all the customers,no matter how polite they were. I had asked to have my room before the normal check-in time, which wasn't possible (it's ok), so they gave me my room as soon as they can, but it wasn't clean. 5 minutes walking in socks and they were all black. The bed frame was covered in wierd looking chunks :(  the surrounding of the hotel doesn't feel safe and there is garbage everywhere. Not the hotel's fault though.
