At first lift wasn't working, not bad, only walk to 2nd floor with luggage. Was quite warm day and night so, air condition didn't work, I wish someone from Accor stayed in this room, even with window open there was no cool air, so there was no option to close window. Location of this hotel is next to busy road with pedestrian crossing which is beeping all the time. It supposed to be rest night before over 8hrs drive next day. It wasn't. After checking in and realizing that air con isn't working walked downstairs to report it and as a response I get "It must be air con fault in whole building, please send complain to Accor", man not even bother to check (probably didn't want to walk on stairs as lift is out of order) or find some solution e.g. swap room with window facing backyard not a street. Accor probably think that if you stay in budget you expect to be sleep like in bad prison. Likely it's my last feedback as I will never stay in any Accor hotel ever again.

Very friendly and competent staff. Very well located. Excellent breakfast.

I have been at Ibis Saarbruecken for more then 10 years now, and was always perfectly treated. Especially the Gruenwalzki family always takes care of everything in person, so I know exactly that everything will be perfect, when I arrive. Looking forward to many Ibis Saarbruecken years to come. Well done!
