It’s pretty much exactly as described. Fine for a night but that’s about it. The guy who works nights with the long hair is pretty rude and unhelpful and was giving disabled people rooms on top floors, but didn’t expect amazing service here.

While convenient, the hotel itself was very average for the price. I usually stay at the IBIS closer to the airport (walking distance) and will revert to this as the facilities and state of the budget IBIS were average given the cost. Also no lift available so carrying luggage up flights of stairs was not ideal. The room itself was a little aged and worn. However, the staff were incredibly pleasant!

The staff were the highlight of the stay. Terrible sound proofing, dirty, dated rooms. AC was extremely loud, bathroom was dirty and very old. Nothing around to eat.

I would give Ben 10/10 for his help to get us in our rooms, made the difference of staying or not. Rooms need more pillows. Hard to get uber or taxi and very expensive to get anywhere.
