Good value hotel.

Booking was easy & so was our check in. Staff were very helpful. We stayed in a suite which was a bit dated. However, it was reasonably priced for our one night stay. We would use this hotel again if we wanted to go back to Greenwich.

Unhelpful staff, no food or hot drinks available in the evening

The room was clean & the beds comfortable. The parking was ridiculous- there was no mention when I booked of the £21 nightly cost - it is very small and spaces too tight for a large family car. After returning from an evening out, the only space available was a disabled bay, which again was very hard to manoeuvre the car into. Once back in the room we tried to order room service (there were no availability times published anywhere), but no-one answered, so I took my daughter down to the reception area - the only person around (apart from other guests) was in the bar, so we queued for 10 minutes, only to be told there was no food available in the hotel, despite there also being a snack menu on the bar. So we asked for hot drinks - he said they were not available despite standing right in front of the coffee machine, and the only snacks available were 2 packets of chilli crisps and one packet of Doritos!! So I asked for water and was charged £2.50. Breakfast was a limited menu - the eggs didn’t taste of anything and the bacon was very salty, however the coffee was good.

The room was a little tired, the coffee machine didn't work and there was a massive shortage of plugs to charge anything. That said, the room was comfortable, quiet and breakfast was good.

Well located

Great location next to DLR. Smallish rooms, but comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast, but the wierdist scrambled egg I have ever had. I thought it was an octopus that had washed up on my toast. All the staff very pleasant.

Room key issues

Great hotel, comfy beds, really quiet but lots of people including myself had problems with room keys, coming back from an event at around midnight is the last problem u need. Night shift manager was brilliant but shouldn’t have been left alone to deal with it as it was a tough night for him!
