Our room, an executive, overlooked the station and the noise woke us before 6am. The Nespresso machine didn’t work and we had no “stirrers”. Dining experience on the first evening was excellent. On the second it was pretty awful and the promise of some recognition of its awfulness was not passed on to accounts and full charge was made which then had to be sorted out on the following day. All in all, disappointing.

Good communication and friendly welcome on arrival. Good location close to shops and transport links. Breakfast was expensive with lots of cheaper options close by. Room was comfortable and clean.

This was the fourth time we’ve stayed. Central enough to have London at your fingertips but a bit quieter and calmer as a good retreat. Well connected Greenwich has a charm of its own.

Well located but too hot!

Rooms are incredibly hot. We stayed in the summer and discovered that they don’t have AC and were sweltering. But when we stayed again in December it was still way too hot and no way to cool the room. Window locked shut and could not open even a tiny crack. And the air system was not able to offer any cooler air either. Terrible nights sleep..
