My experience at the Novotel was great. Emily, in particular was welcoming and friendly at the bar. Also, Aster was very personable and welcoming. The place is clean, smart and I would recommend the Focaccia bread at the bar. Nicely located, close to the Thames and Greenwich Park.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was really helpfull. Nothing was too much for them. They advised on traveling, they called taxis , etc. And all with a smile. Im remember our dinner at the Trafalgar Tavern, walking distance from the hotel. I thank the desk staff. I remember Camilla, Rafius and Bina. They were really helpful and took time for us.
