Novotel Greenwich on the 12th May 2025. This hotel is not a 4*, my room was appalling. The wall looked like it had mold growing on the walls, the chair in the room looked like someone had split something on it. Furniture looked like it had been broken then fixed. The drainage system kept me up all night, constant sounds of water running though. I would never recommend Novotel hotels again which I’ve stayed in for years.

Incredibly easy to access and to reach all London from as it is just next to the train station entrance. Zero noise despite that, though. The view from the room window instigates poetry. I have been traveling regularly for the last 12 years and this is the first hotel that truly promotes sustainability. It also happens that I am a sustainability scientist. The employees are particularly welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be back there as soon as I have a trip to London.

Another lovely stay at the Novotel in Greenwhich. This is a fab hotel, great location. Great room facilities, and love the fact that there is a fridge in the room. Very pleasant stay. Will be back again.
