ALL IN ALL A VERY NICE EXPIRIENCE...EXCEPTING ONE THING....ELEVATOR PROBLEMS... ELEVATORS ARE SMALL AND DURING THE COURSE OF MY STAY THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THEM... WHICH CAUSED AT TIMES A LITTLE BIT OF CONCERN AND DELAY

Terrible stay

It is a very well located place but unfortunately we had a terrible stay during our 3 night booking. Upon arrival, the hotel was without running water. A dirty and smelling water arrived the next morning but by evening the hotel pump was broken and they had to evacuate the whole hotel. The hotel staff was nice throughout the stay but clearly the infrastructure has aged and is not standards.

To clarify, the disruption was due to an unexpected issue with the Sabesp water supply on Rua Augusta, which affected the entire area, including our hotel. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, this external issue caused delays in restoring full service. While we are glad to hear our team provided kind service, we understand that this does not make up for the disruption to your trip. Your feedback highlights areas where we must improve, and we are working on solutions to better handle unforeseen events like this in the future.
