The hotel is nice, rooms are decent size, bathrooms have both shower and tub, I liked the mini-bar - sink area and microwave.... But... The internet connection is absolutely embarrassing!! I work remotely and many times I couldn't even get my emails sent... I had to use my ROAMING mobile data from my phone. Very very dissatisfied with this outcome... Wi-Fi connections just kept dropping.

when we checked in we got a room that was occupied, later they moved us to an unsmoking room with terrible smell of cigarettes. we had 3 rooms, in one room the air-conditioning did not work well they promise to fix it the day after but they didn't. when we came the day after they said they have no rooms to move us so they proposed to give us back the money and that we will look for another hotel in the middle of the night(at 10 o'clock at the evening with small children). they moved us a room only after 2 days. and suggested to pay for the parking. one day we came at midnight and there was no space at the parking of the hotel even that I order it in advanced, they said there is nothing to do and blamed us that we didn't order the parking even that we did and the hotel manager decided to not charge us for that. the breakfast tables were full most of the time with no place to seat. so in most of the days we eat breakfast outside of the hotel even that we paid for that. 2 weeks before we have been in Novotel Lugano and they asked us to book a 1 hour time slot for breakfast to ensure social distancing and room for all of us.

My worse experience bkz for a Novotel hotel to have one face towel for two persons, no bath accessories, the reception with bar at the same place to be together, and to charge you breakfast bkz they thought that you left a day earlier it is very bad. Also the location is not perfect as it is written.

Hotel manger Patrick and his dedicated staff went above and beyond to make our 10 day stay at this hotel a real pleasure. Despite the hotel being full booked and operating with strict social distancing measures, staff were polite and professional. Our room was clean with plenty of space and a great base for us to explore the Cotes d’Azur. The hotel is located in the main business district but well within walking distance to central Cannes and the beach. Lots of memorable evenings spent in Cannes with taxis back to hotel costing a modest 6 euros. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is ideally located near the station and the staff very welcoming and amicable. The suite was large enough with good bedding. The room lacked hanging facilities for towels however and being a family of four this was a problem. The breakfast was rather disappointing, little choice and a sachet of dry pastries. We have been used to top breakfasting in other Novotel or Mercure hotels. We can understand that there are restrictions because of COVID but the croissants could have been fresher. Overall an okay stay but not as pleasant as we had expected.

Exactly what I expect from Novotel suites. My only complaint is that having provided a microwave to prepare/heat your own meal, there is no plate or cutlery to eat off or with ....

Service was excellent comfortable bed and shower however toilet was not cleaned properly and smelt.

It was quite nice. I do wish that carpeting wasn't in the rooms or hallways, though. Otherwise it was quite nice. The shade was broken on one window and wouldn't stay down, so I hope I didn't give anyone a show.
