it’s a shame we had to pay for shuttle service considering the hotel calls itself an airport hotel. no complementary water in the room no cups or milk for tea/coffee

Regarding the shuttle service, we would like to clarify that, while we strive to provide easy access to the airport, the shuttle service is charged to help cover operational costs. We understand this may have caused some inconvenience, and we will consider your comment for better future communication. As for the water, cups, and milk in the room, we would like to inform you that, for environmental reasons, we have chosen to use paper cups and eliminated plastic packaging for milk. However, these items are available upon request at our bar. We truly appreciate your comments, as they are valuable in helping us improve our services. Waiting for the shuttle takes approximately 25 min much more that promised by phone. Nothing work at 23:45 of 31.12.2024, I mean no lobby bar :( and it was not an invitation with glass of champagne:). The man who served tables on breakfast was very unpleasant and complained about late coming to breakfast. I tried to say some jokes that it is first day of New Year and people go to bed late but it was totally rejected from him.

The room was rather dirty and old, some of our bedsheets had holes in them and when I asked to hace them changed, I received another with holes as well. The towels are clearly very old (no holes yet, but soon). The bar/restaurant staff is clearly overworked, so much so that I went to order a drink at the bar and the bartender charged me but forgot to serve me the drink until I reminded him, claiming that it's because he's been working non stop for 4 days straight and proceeded to tell me all about it. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet dinner was better than I expected, however a bit pricey.

Good overall but I would have appreciated some sort of "touristic trip" proposal/offers for Milan and surroundings. Also we would have appreciated pancakes for breakfast and bacon was somewhat overdried but good choice and quality overall. thanks
