We were on the 5th floor. Renovated rooms with a few minuses. The fridge were locked in a sealed furniture. No ventilation. The bathroom had no useful light over the mirror for shaving or makeup. The beds were comfortable.

The room is very outdated and not practical

The hotel is generally ok, although it is showing the need for renovations to the rooms, staircase. Breakfast is ok. During my stay some idiot at the reception informed me that it is possible to print documents, while he did not inform me that behind the reception there is computer equipment but incompatible with MS Windows (it is an Apple computer) and as it turned out I could not print my documents. The receptionist just laughed stupidly, didn't want to help me or couldn't help me, laughed stupidly as if he was enjoying the pleasure of watching a customer fail to handle the equipment. A truly bizarre situation.

One person serving customers in the bar and the restuarant at the same time was so busy he forgot an order. Food was average but nothing special. No bacon at breakfast which was sad
