Staff is super nice, breakfast was ok, gym equipment ok, a bit old. Room was disappointing considering value (>$350/night), small room at the attic with two tiny windows sized 40x40, felt more like in a prison cell, additionally the room was located on a 5th floor and to reach it you needed to get the elevator to 4th floor, walk the whole corridor and climb the stairs. For me this exercise was ok, but what if I wasn't. Lastly, all the welcome messages, including the easy check in instruction I received on my email after I checked out.

The hotel is a classic wonderfully situated on the Baltic Sea. Breakfast was spectacular with a wide assortment of both cold and hot options. Our room had a large bathroom with a walking shower but the sleeping area was a little bit small. On the other hand, the only negative of our stay was the service, particularly at reception. Although we are Accor Gold members, they refused to give us a room upgrade arguing that the rooms on the category immediately above the one we had reserved were occupied. We thought this was somewhat petty of them. Also, the staff both at reception and in the restaurant seemed a bit disoriented providing information that was at times misleading or downright erroneous. The spa was also a little bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel.
