Very nice hotel with a good location. The best is the ladies at the reception. Their smiles and most of all the service from them is incredibly good. Their service and smiles makes the stay much better.

We recently stayed at Hotel Mercure Poznań Centrum and opted for a Privilege Room, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Room: The Privilege Room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with thoughtful amenities that elevated our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the upgraded features like the Nespresso machine, complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, and premium toiletries added a touch of luxury. The soundproofing was excellent – we didn’t hear a thing from the bustling city outside. Location: The location couldn’t have been better. It’s right in the city center, making it easy to explore Poznań. We were within walking distance of the Old Market Square and other major attractions. It is also well connected to trams and buses. Dining: Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The buffet had an impressive variety of fresh options, from local specialties to classic breakfast dishes. Service: The staff were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, and eager to help. They made us feel truly welcome.

I used to stay in this hotel since 20 years and standard is ca the same. I liked old staff - service was much better than offered by young ladies at the reception desk. Breakfasts are not as good as in past but still acceptable.

Szanowna Pani Iwono, na wstępie raz jeszcze dziękujemy za Pani kolejny pobyt oraz czas poświęcony na wypełnienie ankiety zadowolenia. Jest nam miło, że w większości udało nam się wyjść naprzeciw Pani oczekiwaniom. Zadowolenie naszych Gości jest dla nas jednym z kluczowych priorytetów. Przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności, które miały wpływ na Pani poczucie komfortu i zadowolenia z pobytu. Młodszym pracownikom recepcji zwrócimy uwagę na większą dozę empatii i życzliwości. Pozwalamy sobie jednak mieć nadzieję, iż przy okazji następnej wizyty w Mieście Koziołków ponownie zaszczyci nas Pani swą obecnością.
