Room smelled like somebody did smoke there before and it was very noisy (2nd floor, windows to the road). One day nobody came to clean my room and when I arrived, they told me that breakfast starts everyday at 6:30, but when I went for breakfast on Saturday, it said on the restaurant door, that it started at 7 o’clock.

It is my preferred hotel in Poznan and I have stayed in that hotel at least twice a year for 25 years. But .... I was surprised to see the 4 stars on the front wall of the hotel. The hotel has a wonderful staff who wants to please the guests!! The front desk and Ms. Violetta ( !!!!) in the restaurant. The worn out towels ( they look like taken from IBIS). Shampoo and washing gel are in 2 star hotels! Please refer to the EUROPEAN HOTEL STANDARDS!!!

During your next visit we can offer to place in your room additionally conditioner and body lotion if this you mean by referring European Hotel Standards as we cannot change the cosmetic line itself. Initially there was trouble booking the hotels everything had to be done by email. I was asked to send my credit card information which simply is not ok. Then I had to call twice to let the hotel know I would arrivr after 3.30 pm, even though check in began at 3 pm. One there, there was no water pressure, impossible to take a shower, no electrical outlets and the room smelled funny.

For me the most important is service , clean and esthetic and you have it all . your staff are just amazing so much service orianted ready to help and always with a smile , i used to have hotels of my own so i know how difficult it is to keep the level , I am traveling all year long staying almost 100 days a year in hotels , I ususaly stay at the top ones ( 4seasons , rosewood , kenpinski ..) and in your hotel i felt like home so i would like to thank you for a wnoderful stay
