I am absolutely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. We loved the rooms, great beds, the reception was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the restaurant had authentic Polish dishes and great warming cinnamon tea. The service was great, everything was very clean. The only 2 things I would add are slippers and robes. But overall, we were not mistaken with our choice of hotel.

The hotel is located in perfect location close to everything, the rooms are very comfortable and nice. The personal is very friendly and even let me check out a bit later then normal time. I really enjoyed my stay and for sure will be back.

I prefer to write only positive opinions, but I need to be frank and in this case I have mixed feelings. But let's start with the positive sides. Great hotel location - close to the Railway Station (5 min), big shopping mall (1 min), Old Town (10 min). Everything reachable within walking distance. Breakfast - good, a variety of food standard for hotel breakfasts, however, in my opinion both kinds of ham were smelling not good (like not fresh/not freshly opened or prepared). I missed oranges and mandarins - the most seasonal fruit during Christmas season. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, including reception, restaurant, cleaning staff. Always smiling, ready to explain, help, direct. Fitness centre - the biggest disappointment - lightning out of order, no light over the raceway - it turned out that the lightning had been broken for many months and during this time, despite the fact that the hotel staff knew about the failure, no one repaired it. As a result, the fitness room after dark (in winter - after 3 pm) not for use, unless one wants to exercise in the dark and at its own risk, risking the injury. I am surprised that no one did anything about it for such a long time. A big plus for the hotel's eco-friendly approach - no bottled water and no single-use cosmetics. Water dispensers on each floor and available anytime. Hotel room - rather small, cramped (some furniture might be moved in order to gain more space), very poor lightning (no possibility to read after the dark). Bed - too soft for me, I was sinking into the mattress, either it's this type of mattress, or it's very made up by guests, after a night my spine was aching, but this is my subjective feeling. Bathroom clean in general, however, you can see that no one invested in it for ages - washbasin stopper rusty, stone residue on the tiles, on the toilets - and it would have been enough to wash the bathroom with a suitable stone cleaner. Door frame with cavities - the door frame trim fell off, no one glued it, dirty brown glue and a hole in the door frame remained. Likewise, the holes between the joints of the bathroom tiles, and it would have been enough to seal with silicone. It is impossible to do makeup in the bathroom (in the room the same problem - no proper light). In the bathroom, access to the mirror is between the sink and the toilet, in order to get close to the mirror you have to touch the toilet bowl with your feet (not comfortable for me) and lean heavily over the shelf. An extendable magnifying mirror would be sufficient.... It's a small thing, but I think half of the guests are women and probably each has the same problem. A towel rack over the toilet bowl - if the towel falls, it will fall directly into the toilet, if you wipe your hands after washing it, the water splashes on the toilet.... Such details, unfortunately, affect the overall rating of the hotel room itself, and while you can see that the staff is trying their best, perhaps someone should look at the hotel rooms as their own flat. We had a great weather so we spent most of the time outside the hotel and therefore in general our stay was enjoyable, but I am not sure whether I would choose this hotel for my next stays.

A short walk to the old town. Friendly and attentive staff. Good evening meal at the hotel and a very well-stocked breakfast buffet. Spacious reception and bar area. Room a little small but comfortable bed and decent bathroom.
