We liked the hotel location and friendly staff. From second day restaurants opened so we had a good breakfast. I didn’t like the mattress at all. It had a deep dent in the center so I had to squeeze at the edge of it to sleep well.

Stare Miasto means Old Town in Polish language and this hotel is on the edge of it.

With the Wuhan virus restrictions limiting your normal experience, the hotel staff is doing their best to make your stay as normal as possible. Despite these restrictions, I has a pleasant stay again. There is however a remark I would like to make: The person in the room above me walked around the room like an elephant. This was also the case during my previous stay in another room on a different floor. As the hotel is not exactly sold out, I would like to suggest that the rooms directly above the room occupied are kept empty as much as possible. By keeping this method, it keeps noise made by those above me to an absolute minimum.

We stayed in the hotel overnight. The hotel is in a great location. The building is pretty impressive. The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, we found our room quite dirty. There was some hair in the shower. The armchair was cover with some suspicious stains. A spare pillow was covered in lipstick. We didn't expect that from a 4-star hotel. Also, the extra paid car park didn't fill us up with confidence. It's actually more convenient to leave a car in a public space in front of the hotel.

It was nice to be in your hotel. But due to this Fake Pandemic, I was not able to find proper food in your hotel and there was not any possibility for dinning outside. I think that in this terrible time the guests should have in their rooms a few dishes and glasses to be able to eat food and drink inside rooms, because there is not any possibility to eat outside hotel. I am Vegan and I was not able to find any vegan food in your hotel. the janitors did not remove any garbage from my room during the entire time.

Two nights stay Bed is toooo much soft. You literally have to dig yourself out of the bed. Not that comfortable. Breakfast Day one: we were both waiting for the knock on the door to colect the warm breakfast and nothing. When we call to reception, we learned that the food has been left outside in the floor and all was already cold. After bringing new hot coffees we proceeded and started realizing that we didn’t received what we ordered. Also the Hard Boiled Egg was completely raw... we left for the day and explain our disappointment at reception including with a picture from the raw egg. Breakfast day 2 - someone did knock the door and we had the warm breakfast. Again few things were missing and few others items were extra... and Again completely RAW EGG. I would also recommend to improve the quality of the bread All Mercure team was very nice and gentle (thanks)

General good service. Breakfast was not according to specification. Orange and apple juice of very low quality. Not good. Probaly added water. Dinner at hotel could be better.

As the title says, we are now in a new situation with the Wuhan virus pandemic. The hotel staff are doing their best to make our stay as if there no pandemic in a way the meets the regulations. I felt good and safe all the time I was there.

Rooms with leaking showers, breakfast is a mistake - cheapest ingridients - ham,old bread, lactosfree only milk, no lactosefree yogurt, no lactosefree chees. No roomservice during my 3 night at hotel. It was suprise for me after seeing previous reviews.

The high-rise hotel building is 40 years old but renovated to modern Mercure standards. The reception staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our privilege room was spacious and had good views of the city. All the amenities worked well except for the coffee maker which did not work at all. The buffet breakfast was good and we could order additional items, such as eggs any style, which were not in the buffet spread. We also enjoyed complimentary welcome drinks in the lobby restaurant bar.

This pleasant hotel has a welcoming feel. It is close to the station and opposite a modern shopping centre. The short walk into the Old Town is easy. The breakfast at the hotel was diverse with excellent service from staff. Gluten free bread was available for me. The restaurant was fine and I enjoyed the Polish red wine. The only draw back was the shower over a deep bath.

Very nice breakfast. I especially like the machine to make your own vegetable juice. The higher floors have on one side of the hotel a view over the ship yards on the other side you see the old town. You're close to the bus and train station (take the underground passage way) and to the bus that takes you to the airport. Of course you can also use services of taxis or Uber. Shops and restaurants are also nearby.
