Staff were lovely, the hotel is perfectly situated in the center it's not hard to have a quick walk around and find anything you need (including gorgeous sights). The hotel is well maintained and the rooms were cozy, I want the same mattress at home. Only issue preventing the 10 score was staff was short-handed late at night over the weekend which created an instance of after showering realising that the dental kit is not provided in the room, having to ring reception repeatedly to get an answer, and being asked to go down 15 floors to reception myself for said dental kit as the staff member was alone at reception. Not the staff members fault, he was doing his best, but I do expect better organization from the hotel.

The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the old town area. The railway station is also within a 5 mins walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and the check in and out was also so quick. The breakfast is wonderful, wide range of selections of cold and hot dishes, pastries, veggies, sweets... The room and bathroom was spacious and clean, the only thing I did not like is the mattress of the bed. It was too soft for me, I prefer the harder ones for the better quality of sleep. If we return to Gdansk, I will definietly choose this property again.
