Things that I didn't like... -Expensive. Accor hotels often have an inflated opinion of their worth. -Confusion over check on time. For the on line check in I put "before 6pm" but reception. I interpreted this as "6pm" so no room ready. -The Accor platinum welcome amenity was disappointing. Orbis hotels (who own this hotel) seen obsessed with pots of honey! -Shower over bath is awful. Tallest bath side and the shower is only goes up to about 5'5". I just feel this hotel is taking Accor platinum for granted. Will probably try the Novotel again next year although that's probably also owned by Orbis.
