The staff is always very nice, and the chocolates are excellent. The room was very clean with a panoramic view of the city. If you are lucky you can have a view of Palac Kultury i Nauki. The perfect location, close to the subway station which allows you to move around the city quickly.

Mwbitel Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

None of the requests during reservation was satisfied and I didn t get a message on time that none of the requests couldn t be satisfied. Requested for a room facing the culture building it was not satisfied, as I was told by reseption that there are not any superior rooms on that side. As the booking was for two rooms, I requested the two rooms not to be on the same floor. We were finally assigned to adjacent rooms on the same floor.
