Once you need to find a place to stay in Warsaw- don’t even doubt, Warsaw Novotel Centrum is a right choice. Top location, excellent vicinity to all city’s amenities. Rooms are clean and have great internet. Prices are reasonable and special appreciation for breakfast- that’s a yummy one. Thank you and strongly suggest to everybody.

My stop at the Novotel in Warsaw got off to a great start. the room is very clean and spacious and the staff is wonderful, especially Weronika who was very kind and helpful, so much so that she gave us a room with a wonderful view, fulfilling my wish. experience that I recommend

Its professional reception service ensures guests a warm welcome and quick service, creating a positive first impression. The cleanliness of the rooms is delightful - both the beds and bathrooms are carefully maintained in impeccable cleanliness, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, what distinguishes this hotel is its excellent breakfast offering a wide selection of dishes, including fresh fruits, pastries, and diverse hot meals, catering to the tastes of every guest. For families traveling with children, the play area is a real asset. Table tennis, a game console provide entertainment and education for the youngest, allowing parents to have a peaceful and relaxing time. Overall, Novotel Centrum in Warsaw is an excellent choice for those seeking comfort, excellent service, and attractions for the whole family.

Good location - no recognition of gold and room next to unadvised renovations

We were not advised of renovations until we were woken by a hammer drill just above us at 8am!!! If this is how you treat a Gold Member I dread to think how you treat normal guests. At 8.30am housekeeping were wanting to clean our room (1515) - as we were checking out at noon - it was clear that there was a total lack of communication. There was no Gold member recognition at check in - and when I explained the issue when we left - the lady on reception was horrified that we had been given the room. I don't expect a room upgrade every time but it is clear this was a bad error. Very disappointing and in total contrast with our stay in Kracow where our stay was fantastic. Suggest the staff member who checked us in schooled in how you treat frequent guests.
