The hotel is really fantastic. It’s large and glamorous. And has that kind of feeling, that now you really are the guest. Everything has been taking care of. Service is excellent. Rooms are spacious and quiet .You have there your own privacy. Bed is large and comfortable. And in the room is everything that you need.

The hotel in Warsaw was fantastic! Great service, comfortable rooms, and an amazing location. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay. The waiter Iryna is so attentive and responsive. I liked service and location. So I'll return there another trip to Warsaw.

Well maintained hotel, with very good service and friendly staff. Very good location, outside & underground parking, nice spa, good restaurant. At the breakfast, Iryna from Belarus was making our life much easier and pleasant. Spasiba / Djenkudje Iryna.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at the reception was professional and kind. Right away gave me a good room, told me all about details I needed to know and was welcoming. All the staff at this hotel was very friendly and professional (rare in Poland, honestly). Room was spacious and nice, the bathroom definitely stuffed with amenities. Gym, pool, sauna, all in great conditions and staff everywhere to help around. A lot of events were happening during my visit which gave the hotel a feeling of convention centre. Regardless, once in your room, you have all you want and was quite nice. Id definitely recommend this one, as Sofitel standing strong on its name. Suggestions what could be better - - House keeping isn't 24 hours and the app for ACCOR doesn't work for ordering things you need. - Bathroom table top and corridors in the floor, had quite some use and marks, would be nice if hotel updated that.

Since the time I entered the hotel, I felt like everyone was there to help me. Starting with the Doorman, who took care of my luggage, straight to welcoming reception. The room was very clean, bright and spacious. I really enjoyed the dinner I had at Brasserie Moderne - the Black Angus Steak was just delightful. Check out process was smooth and nice. The staff is really professional and it seems they know what they’re doing.
