We had a very comfortable stay in room 722 for 4 nights. Breakfast buffet was very good. The room had a beautiful view to the square in front of the hotel. The bathroom was also indeed very comfortable. The hotel was situated nearby the old town, perfect. Parking was available for the rentalcar. We had a upgrade with view to the square.

Stayed at this hotel many times before and the service is always great however this time it wasn’t so good. On the second night of our stay we tried to order room service just after midnight and couldn’t get through to anyone. I tried for about 30 mins and no answer. I then tried calling the front desk and even the bar but still noone answered. Eventually I gave up. Really poor for a supposed 5* hotel. I gave my feedback the next day to the girl at the front desk and she said it was due to COVID there is only 1 person covering room service and front desk so they are doing everything. Again, pretty poor service. Such a shame as I love the hotel and location and the pool but I’m not sure I will be back.

Tasty breakfast and very nice rooms. There are people who are not wearing masks, also in elevator without masks, COVID policy not enforced. It looks like not enough staff, was trying to call to the restaurant, didnt managed to get an answer, even after calling 5-6 times.

We had great stay, the only think I can fault them is I asked for extra duvet (kids been sharing a bed) but never had this request filled. Room was clean and well looked after and swimming pool is just great. Will definitely stay again!

The stay was perfect as ever. Piotr and Paulina from Customer Relations Team displayed immaculate customer service skills - something that other Accor hotels' staff members should learn from them! Everything was good. Not a single flaw in throughout the whole stay. Thank you ever so much!

Location excellent: especially that I was born on Królewska 10, just across the street. Today you will find there very nice linden trees.

The stay was very good. A problem with noisy air conditioned was fixed, after I realized when was coming from. Everything else was really very, very good. What I didn't like were "transparent" night stands and table (no drawers). A small desk in the bedroom would be more appropriate.

How ironic to send me a satisfaction survey whereas I sent you an email to tell you that my stay was not right, to which I only received the invoice as an answer and my comments were just totally ignored by your staff. The experience is a disaster and you are harming the brand.

Since our main aim is to exceed each and every Guest satisfaction, I strongly regret to learn that this time we failed you with the service quality. Whilst guidance/rules for hotel users were clearly articulated in various information sources, they were not enforced. Many people wandering around without masks and not maintaining social distance, getting into elevators when guidance said otherwise, and worst of all a fully fu CRUK I got buffet breakfast with all diners handling the same hot plate lids, serving spoons etc - we had breakfast in the hotel on day 1 but went elsewhere for the next five days. So overall, we did not feel covid secure, making the stay more uncomfortable than we had hoped

The best hotel I've ever stayed in when in Warsaw. Location is very central - 3 min walk from Krakowskie Przedmieście. Spa facilities - excellent. The restaurant in the lobby - one of the best restaurants in Poland. I recommend!

covid wise hmm... terrible. desinfectants in the lifts yeah but three days there and all three days were empty. breakfast - lots of people without masks on when not sitting - staff never me tioned the requirement to anyone. when checked in and arrived to the room - no soap - had to request it, batteries in the remote control down - had to request a replacement, bathroom scales there but.... surprise, yeah no batteries. generally, the base is there but attention to details and service not really 5* hotel.

In some regards this is a challenging review to write. I had some expectations for the stay given the hotel is a Sofitel, an upper tier Accor brand but also knew that the hotel was not likely to deliver perfection like I am used to receiving from Fairmonts. On arrival there was no one to assist with luggage from the taxi (I am traveling with a senior who uses a walker so we have a lot of stuff :)) but help was provided to the room as apparently the bellman was occupied helping another guest when the taxi arrived. We were promptly checked in and went up to the room which ended up not having the bed configuration reserved. Upon discovering this the bellman said he would go and sort things out. About 15 mins later he returned with keys to a room on the 7th floor. This room had a great view of the Piłsudski Square and also had a little side office attached. It was definitely an upgrade from the room we had booked and I appreciate that as a Gold member of ALL. We really ended up enjoying this room as it was functional for our needs, had a Nespresso machine and upgraded amenities like Hermés toiletries as well as a tub and walk in shower. So, as far as the room goes things ended up very well in the end but the mix up at the outset was unfortunate as the hotel was made aware of the requirements during booking and via phone call as well since we needed a walk in shower. The beds were very comfortable and we have not slept as well since leaving Hotel Victoria! We had breakfast included in our rate and this was of high quality and met our needs very well. We also enjoyed the bar and received responsive and kind service from the staff. I would echo some of the previous comments regarding the elevators which were a bottle neck, especially around breakfast time. I am not certain, but it appeared that 1 of 3 elevators was broken for the duration of our 3 night stay so this likely exacerbated the problem. Notwithstanding the bumpy start to the stay I would recommend the Sofitel Hotel Victoria and we look forward to a return stay September 16th….hopefully without the bumps :) I also hope to use the pool, something we did not have time to do on this stay.

You have to keep in mind that this is a review for a Sofitel and not for an Ibis meaning that the rooms and service are excellent but is exactly as you would expect from a Sofitel. The reception was perfect and very friendly where they went the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. The hotel itself is a bit outdated without it being disturbing. Breakfast is very nice but I was missing a little bit the extra touch in comparison with Novotel / Mercure. The bar is nice but it was a pleasant surprise that the bartender made a cocktail that wasn't in the standard selection. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This is the best hotel in Warsaw and even in this part of Europe . Try yourself and you will see . Very well placed with an easy access to the old town and main economic point of interest . Large view to the old part of the city and the swimming pool you have never seen .

This is my second stay at the hotel and I was warmly welcomed with a personal note and the service was it extended before the room upgrade was a welcome surprise and all the amenities and facilities are fantastic I highly recommend the pool and also having a drink at the bar with a fantastic view of the local monument and, we got to watch the military training for a big Parade right from my hotel window

Very nice property overall, confy rooms with peraphs the most confortable bed I slept in accross the numerous InterContinental properties and Sofitel I’ve stayed in Junior suites, front desk and F&B staff are amazing. Pool and fitness area tiny but neat. Breakfast is slightly underwhelming for this brand, and feels way more like a Hilton or other midrange chain buffet than a palace breakfast. Elevators are scarce, which leads to unusual waiting times. Finale, this is often the case with luxury properties, parking is heavily overpriced, amounting sometimes as much as half the room rate.
