Great check in at reception, friendly and efficient. We were part of a wedding group from Wales UK, stopped on the top floor with great views. Nice meal in the restaurant served by a friendly young waitress Marta. Breakfast was good also, good selection. Highly recommended

Nice hotel slightly outside the centre. Did not try breakfast. Had a high room overlooking the city with nice views and not much in the way of noise. Nice beds and good bathrooms. Reasonably priced and good value. They have a good television system but limited English channels.

Here’s the updated review: Wonderful Stay at Novotel Katowice Centrum I recently stayed at Novotel Katowice Centrum while attending a wedding nearby, and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel is lovely, and although the rooms could use a bit of updating, they were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a highlight of the stay – there was a fantastic variety of freshly prepared food, and everything was delicious. The selection was great, with something for everyone. The staff provided excellent service, with a special mention to Agnieszka and Victoria, who were always smiling and extremely helpful. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our time there so pleasant. I would definitely recommend Novotel Katowice Centrum for anyone visiting the area! Feel free to tweak it if needed!

Lovely hotel, good service from all we met, good friendly check in, we came with a wedding party who were also impressed Good selection in the buffet breakfast. Dined in the restaurant and was served by Marta who was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the hotel for organizing our conference. The experience was truly exceptional, and I am grateful for the seamless planning and exceptional services provided. The hotel staff displayed professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and stress-free event. The meeting facilities were state-of-the-art, the catering was excellent, and the guest rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The prime location was an added bonus.
