I have had quite disappointing stay on the 7 Th of October 2025,but it was quickly resolved by the reception and housekeeping Management. This time I have made clear that I want Kate check out until 5PM which was confirmed on my accor application. When arrived to the hotel on the 14th of December guy in the reception told me that my room has to be downgraded in order to have late check out namely without sofa,which was fine with me. Next day housekeeping asked around 11am what time I was leaving and confirmed that 5pm. I went to gym around 12pm and couldn’t get back to the room as my key was not working Then I went to the reception and quite rude receptionist was saying that I have to check out as the hotel has high occupancy. I have repeated myself that I have arranged check out 5pm so she has extended stay again. Last bit was really awkward when lady opened room around 4pm with her key when I was half naked and she was shocked that someone is in the room. She was from Żabka Integration and wanted to enter my room and was quite embarrassed same as me. This is really disappointing way of communication in this hotel Although I had arranged late check out until 5 pm I had come back ti the reception as your system cannot store such obvious information and on the top of that occupied room is given to another guests. I will not return to this hotel. Very disappointing and no apology!

An Excellent Stay

Located a short walk from the Central Railway station, this Novotel is also an Ibis hotel. The room were very well appointed with great WiFi and very comfortable beds. The hotel bar and restaurant are reasonably priced with a good menu. There is also a microwave in the foyer where you can heat up meals. The Stary Browar shopping centre is also close and has supermarkets and lots of shopping. Old town and other attractions are also very close. A great experience staying here and I would stay here again.
