Fantastic room, nice and quiet, perfect view from the room window (to a church). Wonderfool mini expresso machine in the room, very gentle, helpful staff.

To improve: The lady at the reception could definitely improve her attitude (was rolling eyes and making faces at my Qs and woulds’t explain clearly what she can see/don’t see in the system re my business name & address to complete the invoice). Sink was blocked. Positives: location is good & central, rooms are clean, spacious and bed is comfy.

Room uncomfortably hot. Air con doesn’t cool and no windows to open. Sleep very difficult. Wake daily with Trams at 0450 hours
