Nice hotel but lacks some serious maintenance and refurbishment. Linen on beds not up to hotel standard. Very washed out and old. Dining room service extremely slow. Staff are very friendly and the general areas are clean and neat.

- Non smoking room was booked despite my preference and not change on request to full occupancy - So much noise from other guests in corridor creating disturbance - Room services are good - Breakfast items needs a serious reconsideration - not much choices and same menu every single day

It was a good stay, place is clean and suitably located. Staff needs to improve English skills and its difficult to communicate through phone explaining what you need from them, you have to go down to the reception and explain it to them.
