The hotel is in good location but the entry to it is disgusting with homeless person greeting you as you enter hotel.

Entrance to hotel floor 1 not clean . And inconvenient . The room was in a bad condition and not very clean .

We arrived quite late in the evening feeling tired and a little stressed thanks to a prolonged walk caused by a less than helpful (!) taxi driver and an uncooperative google maps. On arrival though, we were immediately put at ease by the duty officer, Bernardo, who was welcoming, friendly and a font of local knowledge (truly a great asset to the company!). Our room was clean and larger than expected, with good aircon. The hotel itself is very well located for the city centre, although be warned that it is NOT in the immediate vicinity of Sao Bento station (hence our prolonged walk!). At checkout the reception staff were again friendly and very helpful. We have every intention of staying here again next time we visit Porto.

A comfortable hotel, centrally located. Breakfast simple but good. In twin room it would be good to have a proper twin bed ... the single bed had part of the structure jutting out which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Also, something needs to be done about the entrance to the hotel. It is not pleasant coming in and out with homeless and/or drug addicts on the doorstep of the hotel. The entrance just outside hotel was also not clean at all.
