Novotel Suites Paris Roissy CDG bintang 4

I stayed there last week with a late arrival around midnight. We called the reception from the airport but no one picked the phone. When we arrive, there was no receptionist and I had to wait outside with the rain. After some time the receptionist came from the back office and opened the door. But he catch up after that which was good. The room was good enough and clean with all the facilities. Good breakfast and nice view.

Have been staying here number of times in the past years. Last trip there were a number of issues which the management has resolved . Fania made sure all our needs were duly met and so did boualem. This trip was made special by the staff . The rooms were spic and span every time we returned in the evening . Excellent STAFF Congratulations.

We were 3 girls there for 3 nights, we stayed in bedroom 222 and we complained as soon as we arrived that we had found some used mans boxers in the wardrobe, to the reception. The guy in the beginning did not understand what we were saying but eventually said “we will send someone up” no one came. Next day we went to the reception and complains again. The girl was very nice and apologized and said it would be picked up. No one came again… It’s a very nice hotel, comfortable to stay a few nights, nice breakfast and the people are kind but this left us wondering if the bedroom was actually clean… which we saw that the floor was not but you can understand how we felt… Before we leave we left there a note.

Reception was very unprofessional and unfriendly behavior of the personnel Made me wait for long One of the staff refused to talk to me for booking a room, told me to wait till her colleague has finished with the other client Room was bad, all paint was chipped in the bathroom wall

My flight was cancelled so I gave the hotel 4 days notice that I would not be coming however they still charged me anyway and refused to give me a refund. I have never known a hotel ,given this much notice, still charge you anyway. Had it been less than 24 hours I would have understood but 4 days!
