Food was good, employees were pleasant, room was basic. Location was within walking distance of the lovely downtown area. Clean rooms, very limited TV station options. Bathroom (shower) could use improvement - shower curtain useless, shower curtain bar fell off (not permanently attached to wall), shower head (detachable) moved and could not aim it correctly when water on.

Happy about getting a larger room. Appreciated the better office chair as a I work quite some hours from the hotel. Had some issues with the Nespresso machine, howver did not report it so I have nothing to complain about.
