Spent 2 nights at Novotel Székesfehérvár. The Rooms are reasonably spacious, staff is friendly. Heating / cooling is not really flexible, it was springtime, weather just changed to hot spring, but still heating was on and it was too hot in the rooms - resolved next day after raising issue to front desk.

The hotel was considerably hot and hard to sleep at. Also there was a red haired woman that worked at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful

Overall it was a good stay, hotel was clean, well located, parking free of charge in front of the hotel, variaty at breakfast, very nice outdoor terrace. Rooms a bit outdated, but nothing in particular to complain of.

Over the years I have always booked this hotel because of the good location, polite staff, clean rooms and good beds. The arguments above still apply this year, but unfortunately a few other things spoiled the overall impression. Every time the toilet bowl was used, the water flowed to the floor. And also in the bathroom the same situation when using the sink. We were located in the room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, this spoiled our overall impression, which had always been good in previous years.

Great location, central but not noisy, huge room, it’s like having your own flat when you book the Junior suite. Value for money, parking on site, loved the breakfast but the consideration of the friendly staff was the highlight.

Room was cold upon my arrival. It took 2 hours to make it warm. No heating in the bathroom. Socialist feeling in the room. Unfriendly receptionists. Only positive was the breakfast which was very delicious. Breakfast till 11AM.

Great efficient friendly staff. Made the stay and enjoyable one. Even helped with parking a large vehicle. Got upgraded to duplex room via platinum status and a couple of free beers at the bar. Bravo. This is how a Novotel should be run - unlike the bad attitude of the ones in France. Accor take note. The staff are great
