Very good, staff was friendly, food market is very convenient but a bit expensive. Gym is good but very small for the size of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but rates very significantly depending on the day of the week. Breakfast is very basic and the variety can be improved - I stayed there for a full week and got tired of eating the same thing everyday.

Great place, good size suites, Wi-fi good, staff friendly, helpful and courteous. Will be back when in Rueil Malmaison. Great Indian restaurant 10 minute walk called Dawali, so if in town give it a try

Always nice to stay in this hotel when visiting our office next door. My reservation was not confirmed but the staff arranged this fast. I ordered a taxi and had a lot of troubles getting a receipt. But the staff contacted the taxi manager and it was finally fast arranged. 2 examples, beside others, why I like to return to your place. High comfort, good breakfast, friendly staff and great service! Keep on going and we come back, again and again!

A decent hotel - wouldn't advise more than one or two nights

The hotel covers basic amenities well but has weird room layouts, very hard beds and pillows, and seemingly untrained night staff - does the job of being somewhere to stay, but I wouldn't want to stay there for a long period of time

This was my third time staying at Novotel Suites Rueil Malmasion and I would say that my overall experience was a good one however i would just like to state a few points of constructive criticism. I'll start with the good points. I must say as always i just love the breakfast display, fresh eggs, bread etc. and I find the hotel very accommodating. The only thing I'd like to mention is that this year I found the room a bit run down. In the bathroom, the towel hook was falling off, the bath tap was faulty and one day our room was not cleaned. My room was booked for 4 however when I checked in only one bed was laid and only towels for 2 were provided. The kitchen supplies were not being replenished daily including dirty paper cups. Thanks and hope these were useful tips.

Check-in etc. was easy and even better than before. The room was comfortable as usual both for stay and working. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the cutlery had changed to recyclable materials.

Good Service from the reception team!!! On the other end I do miss a breakfast alternative consisting on a Coffe and Pastry. I normally don't have a large heavy breakfast, so 15EUR does look a bit too much for just a coffe and croissant. For the rest the hotel is well communicated, good options for dinner around (place des impressionistes). S
