Reception staff all brilliant, especially Martha and Micele (hope I spelt them right) . I was travelling alone due to my aunt unfortunately taken into hospital. They all could not do enough for me, supporting me with paperwork , taxis and even finding local bus times

Stayed for a night before our cruise. Warm welcome from the staff and the room was lovely. Pool area was beautiful. Had a drink at the bar which was also lovely and dinner at the restaurant at the hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Located about 2km from the Venice train station made for a convenient stay. Thank you.

Average rooms. Not much provided in the rooms except 2 bottles of water. The location is a bit far from bus stand which will take you to Venezia and you need to walk for about 20 mins. Otherwise, the stay is fine.
