The worst Novotel. Avoid this Novotel in name only. You will probably be deceived at this hotel as I was. They cancelled my fully paid and confirmed reservation and didn’t inform me about it (just didn’t response to my emails). And I’ve been a loyal Accor ALL Gold member for years. Just avoid this hotel. Marco Majocino is the worst, absolutely good for nothing, hotel manager I’ve ever met.

Very good hotel with nice large rooms, easy to get to the main parts of Venice from and to and from the airport. Very good buffet breakfast. We enjoyed our time there.

Hotel shouldn't get 4 stars. Rooms and bathrooms are at least 20 years old, and not very clean. You get 1 bottle of water in your room, even if you stay 4 nights like we did. If you want another one- you need to pay extra like it's something luxury. Really? Bottle of water costs like 50 cents and the 4 star hotel cannot provide you one everyday, even if you pay €80 a night. Breakfast very average, we decided to eat somewhete else after first two days.

Dear Guest, We apologize that your stay at the Novotel Venezia Mestre did not meet your expectations. Your opinion is very important to us and we are sorry that you had a negative experience. We are always committed to improving and providing a quality experience for our guests. Please note that in our Superior rooms we offer a complimentary "Welcome" bottle of water that not include a replacement. The Executive rooms instead offer a free and daily replacement of the minibar (water and soft drinks) Our breakfast buffet includes: 4 different types of cereals plain, fruit and low-fat yogurt fresh seasonal fruit, dried fruit, canned fruit whole, skim and soy milk buffet of cakes and pies (at least 4 varieties) Pancake Chocolate, cream, jam, vegan and empty croissants selection of cold cuts and cheeses (salami, cooked ham, roast turkey, ricotta, mozzarella, toma cheese, butter) mixed salad and tomatoes scrambled and boiled eggs bacon and sausages sandwich bread, white and cereals margherita or white focaccia jams (3 types), Nutella, maple syrup and honey Orange, Apple and Multivitamin fruit juices. Hot Drinks I am sorry that you did not find our buffet breakfast to your liking, with our variety on offer we aim to meet the tastes of our guests but unfortunately in your case we did not succeed.
