Poor hotel and experience.

I was with my family for 1 day (in transit) at the end of August 2024 (I made the reservation through Expedia Rapid). The hotel it was quite old/dusty, the room was clean, the breakfast was quite thin, for example there were no vegetables (the common fresh tomatoes/cucumbers were missing). The hotel management is very poor. A week before my stay, I wrote to them (sent them an email) asking them to help me, to reserve a parking space for me. It was the only hotel (out of 4 used by me during that stay) that did not answer me... I arrived at the hotel, checked-in in the evening, the people at the reception didn't mention to me that the hotel also has indoor parking and that the outside parking lot may be less safe, I left the car in the outside parking lot of the hotel overnight... and in the morning I found it broken... I did my duty and reported the destruction to the Police, and from the hotel representatives I received an apology... :) They have poor management (I use the Novotel brand in Romania, and the units in Romania are top), obviously they can do more for their tourists, obviously it is not enough just to put a sign in the parking lot mentioning that the parking lot is public and that they are not responsible for the destruction caused by thieves...

Good stay and nice hotel but far from central and need hotel shutter service for central.

It was really nice to stay there but few points need to consider for betterment. 1. Hotel should have shuttle service from/to central Termini area. 2. Small tuck shop for basic purchase like bread, jam, drinks and fruit as we disconnect from main city. 3. Visitors SIM card must provide as per guest request for local data useage. 4. Hôtel should provide veggies food or Halal food for Muslim guest. Please consider these points for more better results.

Good stay with family, rooms are good, but location away from city.

The worst novotel ever

Of all the novotel hotels in the world, I have never been to a low standard one like Romaest. We changed to room twice because they made a mistake at the reception, sinks are blocked and they remained blocked and dirty even after the morning house keeping, which is 5 minutes cleaning without changing the sheets. I even found hair on the pillow the first day. The breakfast is ok but novotel hotels offer a much better breakfast.
