Very Early CheckIn but no Welcome Drinks nor slippers. 2 elevators quite slow and getting really busy the morning.. Nothing special about this hotel just for a night. Aeroville department store close distance to Hotel (20min by walk)

Staying in Ibis CDG Paris Nord 2 .was very pleasant and enjoyable specialy the reception staff,However if you include (Ibis Style) at CDG in this survey it's a different story they don't diserve even level 1 rating briefly what happened ,myself and some friends at Air Canada decide to spend couple days in Paris,Plan to stay at Ibis,I thought they're staying in Ibis style as they haven't specified what Ibis ,when I find out they're staying in CDG Nord 2.I canceled my Reservation and booked with you ,unfortunately after my complaint even I showed Mr .Harran the bill of your Hotel he refuse to reimburse the 1st night even the cancellation was done I before 17.00 as deadline. I hope Mrs.Majouti you will report this letter to your head office.

no hand soup actually nothing in bathroom except 2 body towels and shampoo! no heat they offer us one more blanket

The rooms were comfortable, staff very nice and airport shuttle convenient. The mattress was a thin design that was different from anything I experienced in the U.S., but not too uncomfortable once I got used to it.

BEING A LITTLE FAMILIAR WITH THE IBIS BRAND I KNEW WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. GREETED BY THE FRONT DESK STAFF MICHEL WHO CHECKED ME IN. BUSY TIME AND MANY PEOPLE QUEUING AND COMPLAINING OF THE USUAL MIX UP BETWEEN THE IBIS HOTELS NEAR THE AIRPORT THAT HAVE A SIMILAR NAME. I HAVE BEEN MYSELF CONFUSED IN THE PAST. WHY DON'T YOU RENAME ALL THE IBIS HOTELS WITH A DIFFERENT NAME TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR THE CUSTOMERS? THE ROOM WAS AS EXPECTED CLEAN BUT THE SHOWER WAS DIRTY WITH MOLD IN IT, NOT MUCH BUT STILL THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY. THE MORNING AFTER I HAD BREAKFAST, THE STAFF AT THE CAFETERIA DID NOT GREET AT ALL AND DID NOT LOOK MOTIVATED. CHECK OUT SAME I HANDED IT THE DOOR KEY BACK AND THE STAFF DID NOT EVEN GREET...THE BAD REPUTATION OF THIS HOTEL IS EVERYWHERE ON THE NET SO I WAS NOT SURPRISED. IT COULD BE A GREAT HOTEL IF THE STAFF WAS HANDS ON AND SHOWED SOME SMILE AND INTEREST FOR THE GUESTS!!!

We had a comfortable night's sleep, the beds are excellent. We had booked and paid for breakfast. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't available until 0630 which meant as we had a train to catch at 0719 and be there half an hour before to check in as it is Ouigo's policy, we had to leave with no breakfast which we had not expected. Not very happy about that. However the gentleman on reception was able to access the coffee machine and made my husband and I a cup of coffee which better than nothing, but certainly not the breakfast we had paid for.

easy to find. unaware we needed to pay to park . reception staff friendly . both rooms clean and tidy , child bed was a pull down desk and had the cable for the phone across the pillow , major chocking hazard. didn't stop for breakfast as we had an early ferry to catch

Staff very helpful on arrival and in the evening of my stay. Super bar snacks and choices of food available to purchase. Ordered a taxi for the morning and staff told me it would be 10 euros, it was 26. I was a little surprised to say the least. Not sure what got messed up.
