Michel who welcomed us and served the snacking dinner is a gem. Very professional while being kind and open to exchanges. The young guy who was at reception when we left at 4.30 am was just as nice and helpful.

I have been staying at this hotel for years. My last stay... might be the last one. Room was dirty, lights not working.... hard to believe that rooms are disinfected and sanitized before each new guest, although it is advertised as such. Business is tough, so if they lose their loyal guests, what will remain?

Enjoyable stay overall, nice staff. No shuttle bus to the airport for now due to covid but the hotel calls up a cab that takes you there for 5€ (I was told 10€ but it was 5 for me) if you wish. No breakfast in the room, had to go down to get it. Chocolatines, croissants, drinks, fruits, all unlimited.

We stayed here to get an early flight in the morning. The reception staff was very helpful and the room comfortable. The only downside is that there are no shuttles to and from the airport because of the pandemic, so we had to get a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel found a driver for us in the morning.

Shuttle and food

I waited 1hr 30 minute for a shuttle that never came. I finally took a taxi that cost me $20. I called 5 times with different interlocutor that told me to wait. When I arrived at the reception and ask why they did not communicate on that - the answer was: "everybody knows it"

This is a well run hotel with friendly staff who are willing to help. Rooms are comfortable, good size, clean and quiet. The only problem with this hotel is the location. There is nothing around....no restaurants except the accor chain's restaurant, the closest gas station was 6 km away and God knows where there is a convenience or grocery store. The hotel is in an industrial park, its too bad because the property deserves better.

Overall everything is OK for one night sleep in the way to Paris Airshow. Room was clean and quiet. Bed is fine. Good Breakfast. Hard to find Blue line shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Price was quiet high due to the La Bourget air show.

Check in service quick , real friendly guy on reception. room clean and what you expect from an Ibis. Two issues I had with the hotel. I booked the hotel as it had a restaurant, but it was open, and after a a 12 hour flight just wanted to relax , eat and go to bed. There was a restaurant 100 yards away but had to wait 30 minutes for a table. secondly the day we arrived it was 30 degree's outside and the guy who checked us in apologised saying the franchise company refused to turn the air conditioning on, and that it will be on in a couple of days time. This made the room very hot and uncomfortable as if you opened the windows the hotel was on the landing flight path.

Rooms need windows that open or A/C at any given time

The hotel is great for a quick stay. The man who checked us in was fantastic. It was hot and first room had no windows that opened. He moved us...three times. The issue is that the A/C does not come on until end of May. Terribly hot nights. Huge fail for that hotel chain.

The hotel was conveniently located for my business appointments but I would recommend them to improve the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff at reception was kind, polite and helpful. I didnt have breakfast so cannot comment on it.

Checked in, given room 601, it absolutely stank of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Complained and was given rooom 523 which had not been cleaned properly. The corridor outside the room and especially in front of the lift was covered in rubbish and broken glass. Complained and the receptionist came upstairs and had to vacuum the carpets. This was at 7.30 pm when cleaning should have been completed. There was no remote control for the tv so had to collect one from reception. A very forgettable experience except for the Breakfast which was excellent.

There are three Ibises around the CDG airport, and the staff of one is unable to provide directions to another (mine required a bus ride - why would the staff of the one outside the airport be unable to direct guests to the bus stop?) Searching for the hotel on google, I find a price of $55 advertised on numerous websites. I had booked with Ibis directly for 90 Euro. I brought this to the check-in clerk's attention but she was unwilling to adjust my tab or even offer me a free breakfast for which they charge 10 euro...poor service recovery. There was a bar in the lobby, but it was staffed by the desk clerks so of course it was terrible service. The room itself is acceptable for a night by the airport...once you run the gauntlet of indifferent service.
