Location is great, room was very clean, staff was very nice. The only annoyance was with staff not always being there when needed. Front desk (sometimes), valet for sure and wait staff in the restaurant were absent semi frequently. Other guest noticed it too. I will stay there again as the value was good but hoping they can pick up the staffing levels, as that is the problem. Only one valet driver at a time does not cut it.

Our family visited DC for a long weekend. The hotel is very nice. It is in a great location. We have a family of five so we got a suite. My room was big enough and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was great. We also enjoyed some drinks outside in the evening. My recommendation is that this hotel could’ve done better with anticipating the number of people in our room and planning accordingly. My reservation was for 5 so it wasn’t a surprise. They should’ve already had sheets and a blanket in the room for the pullout. They should’ve also had five towels since that’s how we booked the room. I will also comment that I was not happy with valet. We chose not to park our car onsite the last night. I shared those reason directly with the front desk staff.
