Centrally located hotel, busy time due to Oktoberfest

We arrived early in the day so had to wait many hours for room to be available. We did not get an upgrade. The room was in the new building so there were missing facilities such as a fridge and there was no luggage stand. For elderly couple such as us, having suitcase on the floor was a challenge.

It is well located close to the S-Bahn. The accomadtion was clean and tidy and the hotel has good food services, coffee/bar area.

Generally positive. As an Accor Plus member however I did not feel the same level of priority as I would receive in my own country.
