The hotel is in an excellent central location. Rooms are a really good size. Everything clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Lovely little extras such as bottles of water, juice and sweets for the children on arrival. Would highly recommend.

We love staying at the Novotel group hotels and it’s our go to. Friendly staff, extremely clean and rooms had everything we needed. Our only negative was the bar menu as it was as extremely limited so that put us off eating and relaxing in the hotel bar as we needed to head out for food again. So much so we actually got a Wolt delivery on our first evening.

Very friendly staff. Perfect quiet room, large and clean with all amenities Accessible car park in the middle of Berlin. Close to all touristic places and on the U-bahn Nice breakfast with a large choice We got unfortunate with our toilet breaking down and it got fixed very quickly by staff.

Upon arrival we were given a room that wasn’t prepared as we arrived a bit early. I asked for it to be done while we were out and this wasn’t done so late in the evening I had to ring the reception desk to get it sorted.

Except a dirty towel on my first day, everything was okay.
