Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, easy check it from a happy welcoming young lady. Only thing I would say is Parking that was my only downer. From paying $509 for the night to having to pay another 25 to park next door in the car park did have me thinking. Other than this, thank you for our stay in our very clean and tidy room.

Over priced at $500. Room service food was rubbish.

Dear Doug, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Novotel Wellington. I do apologise for both the room service and the lack of our attendants on the desk at the time of your check out. Unfortunately, like most companies across New Zealand, we are still well understaffed for the return to travel we are seeing. Which is the same reason we have been unable to bring back valet parking to the hotel. We continue to have recruitment as our number one priority, which will lift our customer experience.
